ELECTRICITY PURCHASING AGREEMENT

Guaranteed Savings
This agreement guarantees a discount off Con Edison’s monthly price. The customer will receive a
deregulation tax incentive of 8.375% on eligible Con Edison delivery charges.
Term
Service shall begin at the first meter reading 20 days after receipt of this agreement and no more than
60 days after the date indicated below.
Cancellation
The customer may terminate this agreement with no penalty upon 30 days written notice.
Fees
SmartChoice Energy will collect a fee of 1.6 mills per kilowatt-hour ($0.0016/kWh) directly from the
electricity supplier. No fee will be paid by the customer at any time.
